A Workshop on
Subdivision curves and surfaces
Dec. 2-3, 2004, Oslo, Norway
Introduction
Subdivision curves and surfaces are a generalization of the well-known
spline representation of curve and surface models. They have been
used extensively in computer graphics and have the potential to
enhance current CAD systems. The purpose of this workshop is both
to introduce the basic mathematical concepts to a general audience
and to exchange ideas which could nurture future research collaboration.
Invited speakers:
- Adi Levin, Israel
- Jean-Louis Merrien, France
- Hartmut Prautzsch, Germany
- Ulrich Reif, Germany
- Malcolm Sabin, U.K.
